Enter your email on the login page and we'll send you a one-time sign-in link. You can also continue with Google or Apple. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our support team.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account, go to Settings and select "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This action is permanent and will remove all your data, including practice history and progress. If you need assistance, reach out to our support team.

How is my data kept secure?

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. All communications are encrypted via TLS, and your personal information is stored securely on infrastructure provided by trusted cloud partners. We never sell your data to third parties.

How accurate is the AI scoring?

Our AI scoring models are trained on thousands of IELTS-graded responses and align closely with official IELTS band descriptors. While no automated system is perfect, our scores are designed to give you a reliable estimate of your performance and actionable feedback to improve.

Is there a mobile app available?

Yes. IELTSLab is available as a mobile app for iOS, with Android support coming soon. You can download it from the App Store and enjoy the same features as the web version, optimized for on-the-go practice.
